1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using WPfaker ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WPfaker subject to the following terms:

  • Yearly License: Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Includes updates and support during the license period. Auto-renews unless cancelled.
  • Lifetime License: Valid indefinitely. Includes all future updates and support.
  • Each license may be activated on an unlimited number of websites you own or manage.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Install and use WPfaker on WordPress sites you own or manage
  • Use the plugin for development, testing, and staging purposes
  • Generate test data for client projects

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin
  • Share your license key with third parties
  • Remove or modify any license validation mechanisms
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Plugin source code
  • Use the Plugin for any illegal purpose

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed by Polar. Prices are in USD and may change at any time. All sales are final.

6. Updates and Support

Your license includes access to plugin updates and email support. We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours on business days. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WPfaker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress configuration.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WPfaker or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Plugin from all sites. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
